.htaccess issue, brand new CI install, mediatemple hosting

He's using (mt) Media Temple hosting, says it in the subject line.

Georges, can you try going to Plesk, click > Server > IP Addresses, and then click the number underneath the "Hosting" column. It will let you set a default site for the IP address. Try setting that up and see if it changes anything.

If not, please PM me and we'll try to work something out. We don't help with custom applications, but I want to make sure that there's nothing in your configuration that may be fixable by us (I work for mediatemple, btw).
