Weird problem

Thank you for your reply but I believe the problem is deeper than that. I know this because I created a controller class which just prints out the base_url();

I went to original.domain.com/duplicate/test
and guess what I got?

original.domain.com/original/

They are in two different folder but for some reason it just redirects. I have a suspicion that this is caused by the domain forwardng. original.domain.com directs to original.domain.com/original right away and this might be why.

Please share your insights. Any comments will be very much appreciated.
