CRUD/Scaffolding suitable for this situation?

Hi,

I'm using PostgreSQL database and I will need to do a quite large number of webform's to deal data insertion, delete data and update data.

It is possible no minimize this work using a CRUD/Scaffolding solution? If yes, what solution will fit my needs?
