Can we tell by visiting a website that it is codeignited ?

I don't think you can do that when visiting a website (as per the title of the thread).

Personally, I like @SitesByJoe's way. Do something that would trigger an error (purposely force a 404, or something like that). If the 404 is custom, try a different error.
