cant link stylesheet, not working

hehe... I wouldn't say never... I'm just hard pressed to think if I used it any the last three webapps I wrote with CI.

Wait... within my CSS files I use relative links to the images folder that is on the same level as the css folder... but within CI never used em. Anyone here have a reason or potential use case where relative links would be better? now I'm curious.
