Is there any way to integrate ajax push engine?

What exactly do you mean by "integrate"? Can't you use it like you wold normally would in a PHP application? I don't think the MVC pattern will stand in your way while trying to use this. Just like you include jQuery in your app and use it "as is", I'm guessing you can do the same here.

Is there something I'm missing, because I haven't read up on Comet Push. I know about it's existence, but not much more...
