Helpers folder question and issue

Glad to know I'm not the only one running into this and you are correct, easy to live with after work around. Instead of a prefix I just created the folder system/helpers/custom/ and dropped everything in it. Still a little surprised I couldn't find anyone else mention this. I'll search in the issue tracker again and create a bug report if one doesn't exist. Thanks for your reply.
