How: Uploading multiple image and simultaneously create a folder.

hi to all,

I have two problem concerning mainly in image upload.
1. How to upload an multiple image not a multiple file uploading.
For e.g. Is when I click the browse button I can upload many images in a single upload button.
2. My application has many groups of users(e.g group 1,2,3 etc..), now when a user upload an image I want the images be place in a folder with their respective group. My problem is how to create a folder and naming it in CI?

Hope anyone can help me here. By the way I found a multiple upload but its what I want. A single upload button that can upload many images.
