Jquery Plugin or Tutorial to PopUp a Window and Upload an Image...

Hi Everyone,

I'm looking for a JQuery Plugin or Tutorial that would show me how to click on a image on a Webpage and then open a popup window with a dialog to upload a new image - afterwards I would like to replace the image that was originally clicked on if possible.

Any ideas? Thanks!
