Providing patches to CI team, Github?

I'm sorry for coming at this the way I did, it was dumb of me to assume that CI isn't already using a repository that would make for easy contributions. I guess I tend to forget that there are other solutions other than Git/Github out there

I'll delve into Bitbucket/Mercurial, that's no problem. I have two possible bug fixes in the queue...
