PDF Generation on Remote Server broken

Hello,

may anyone can give me a hint about my problems.

I generate a PDF with DOMPDF and output a direct download trough a iframe.
When i do it on my local system, everything works fine, on remote server the PDF is broken.
Also the written file is smaller than the local one.

I encountered also another strange issue on the server, i have to rename some models and views from camel case to lowercase.
May be it has some connection to the dom classes, which need to be renamed and the generation is broken because of that?

my local system is a Windows with xampp
php 5.3.x
the remote one is a webhosting package with:
apache 2.2.x and php 5.2.x

i already tasted the application on a similar server with php 5.3.x, but there was the same issue with the pdf and renaming files.
