Codeigniter Not working with Wamp server - SOLVED!!!

Hi Guys,

Today i installed Wamp server 2 to my laptop i trying to load my project,my home page loading properly but when i try to click on any links i am getting

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /ci/< on this server.

and url is displaying like

http://localhost/ci/&lt;?=site_url().'users/about_us'; ?&gt;

any help is appreciated.
