Step by step - installing codeigniter for pdf form filling from a database

What i want to do? i have several date for one person in a database, and i want to export it as a pdf file...

Maybe somebody done this before but i am an absolute beginner...

step 1 > download the wampserver ( because i want to test it offline, and i can use it without internet connection as well )

step 2 > download codeigniter and put it in the ``www`` folder of my wamp server

i hope i gonna manage to get to the next step soon... if anyone can help...
