I'd say, every knowledge that you read yourself into is nothing compared to knowledge that you gain through experience. Thus you need to work hard and long times to become a better web developer.

And, you should always be open-minded to other development methods and not just stick with "one pair of shoes" to walk with. Sometimes you need sandals, sometimes trekking shoes, and sometimes sneakers. Get the metaphor?
