hotel booking site

Hello,

I want to develop a hotel booking system in php, java and html5. I wanna use CodeIgniter/ExpressionEngine as well.

1. Did someone developed such an application and it willing to help? (for a fee of course)
2. Can anyone provide links to a similar app/tutorial that I could make use of? I've put it all on paper (user rights, sql scheme, functionality) but my coding skills kind of suck.
