How to send data from model to controller?

Hi,

How can I send a data in this flow?

ControllerMethod1->ModelMethod1->ControllerMethod2

I know how to return the data back to ControllerMethod1 but I dont get what about if I'm passing the data to another Method and not in the one that calls the model.
