I would happily of used the US server apart from as most EU people handling any data will know you cant export it out of the EU. This doesnt seem to stop most companies, but I'm not going to break the rules just yet.

I think US companies look on Europe as the poor cousins who dont deserve a proper class, Paypal for example have decided to use a completely different API for payments pro in the UK which I am currently writing CI library with.
