In all seriousness, $35 is what you'd get for a junior developer that may just be learning what they are doing OR an international dev who may be good or may be terrible.
For future reference, if you ever intend to hire a great developer, setting a cap like that will make us all run away Smile

Codeigniter is simply one of the tools you need to learn to be a successful developer. Always add more tools to your coding arsenal!
