Failed to open stream

Did you setup your base_url
You run index.php out of the public folder.

We need more information on what you have done.

I don't know where is it

But in ./app/config/App.php i found :

public $baseURL = 'http://localhost:8080/';

and i found this in .env
#--------------------------------------------------------------------
# APP
#--------------------------------------------------------------------

app.baseURL = 'http://localhost:8080/'
