Upgrade to 4.3 localhost problem

HI , instead to update i create a new application on my localhost and copied The folder  :
-Model
-Controller
-View
-Validation
-Filters
-Language 
And the file inside config :
-Filters
-Validation
-Routes
-Email
The system start well but when i try to send data via POST i have this error :

Cannot access the controller in a CLI Route. Controller: \App\Controllers\Clienti_ricerca_tratte

But this route are inside config->Route .



How can i solve ?
