.htaccess on subdomain

Try adding this.

with https:// or without ? must i remove RewriteBase / or leave?

Now if i do /subdomain.domain.eu/user/index i have a 404 error .if i try to insert index.php as   /subdomain.domain.eu/index.php/user/index it rewrite to /subdomain.domain.eu/index.php
