set_cookie not setting cookie

besides whats in the CI documentation, this

$cookie = array(
'name' => 'The Cookie Name',
'value' => 'The Value',
'expire' => '86500',
'domain' => '.some-domain.com',
'path' => '/',
'prefix' => 'myprefix_',
);

set_cookie($cookie);

is wrong. It should be time()+86500 NOT 86500. If you followed this example, the cookie will never be set.
