Main core functionality is broken and has hidden bugs where your invoice data and accounting accorodingly will mess up relations and data.
Using Perfex invoicing for 6-9 month (depends on various circumstances) will lead to corrupt data. If you will not be able to fix data manually, you (your accountant) will / could have legal issues.

I would not suggest to use a system like that.

And don't get me wrong - from frontend / UX point of view - it's quite good looking system, lots of modules, features etc, but underneath the surface is hell.
