I wasnt and am not involved into wordpress but i would LOVE to somehow do a cross on them both ( CI & Wordpress.)
What i always wanted is if i create a user in MY own app, i would have to setup them an Wordpress account too on the database so with the single id, he could do his own stuff.
i emailed both blog authors from CI but, none of them responded. its sad, this could be done
