is your $config['base_url'] set to 'http:/http://www.appssavvy.net/' ?
do you have any .htaccess files (guessing not)?
is your $config['index_page'] set to 'index.php'?

If I was in your shoes I would try (if it helps):

check to see if any white spaces are out side the <?php ?> tags in your controller?

turning on the log_threshold and setting the log_path in the config file to see if you are getting any meaningfull errors there?
