Which blog? Inktype or Blaze?

I use this code in my controller but I get a lot of errors.

Code:

$this->data['page_title']="Welcome";        
$uri = $this->uri->uri_to_assoc(3);
$this->page = $uri['page'];
if (!$this->page) {
    $this->page = 1;
}
$this->load_view('header,blog/welcome,blog/blogbar,footer',$this->data);

I don't fully understand what this does but without it it doesn't work at all.
