Best way to set up AJAX/JQuery process?

Facebook (...) there doesn't appear to be much you can't do on their mobile site with JavaScript disabled.

Twitter appears to let you do nearly everything except send a Tweet when JavaScript is disabled. If not for this limitation, it probably would be preferable to use Twitter's site without JavaScript (...)

If your users are never really going to visit your website anyway, then go ahead and force them to use JavaScript, Flash, and whatever else you feel is necessary for a "modern" website.

Do you have any good reason to advocate disabling javascript or you just want to have the last word? I just don't understand! And no, you can't compare javascript and flash. Flash is a plugin you must install, it has known vulnerabilities and is not supported by all platforms. Javascript on the other hand allows us to build really nice web apps, not just a dumb site with nothing else than text and pictures. I can't imagine a website in 2015 with no ajax, having to reload the whole page every time I click something. Are  you telling me Bootstrap and jQuery are useless and that your site is best viewed with Netscape 4 in 1024 x 768?
