Any recent change on Dreamhost that stops CI from working?

it works fine for me on DH.

just look through your code and see if you can debug it to find where its having the issue.

DH does have some basic things disabled for security ... like fopen and SOAP extension .. there may be some other things too that aren't coming to mind.
