Still with index.php problem

First make sure that your apache mod_rewrite is enabled.

Second make .htaccess file like this

RewriteEngine on
RewriteCond $1 !^(index\.php|resources|images|css|js|robots\.txt|favicon\.ico)
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-d
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ index.php?/$1 [L,QSA]

Third go to the config folder and edit the config.php
from $config['index_page'] = "index.php"; to $config['index_page'] = "";

Then you're good to go.
