Caching problem with encoding

Hi,
i am making utf-8 multilingual site. I decided to use caching. But the problem is in such thing.
First time when the page loads all is ok. Encoding is detected normally. After I make refresh, the encoding is changing to cyrillic , and I instead of letters I see something unreadble. Without caching all is ok.
Any solution?
