Documentation for new Session Library

Hi guys,

in the doc examples, you recommend (i know its only a recommendation) using TEXT for user_data... If we are using DB to store session data, i can see storing a lot more than traditional sessions, like page edits, multi-step forms etc.

If anyone starts mysteriously missing data from their session, you may want to change your user_data to LONGTEXT.

Just my 2 cents.
