Howto route to this

Hey

I want a module structure like this:
So i have everything of my model together. (structure could be better)

- modules
-- Blog
--- controllers
---- frontend
----- blog.php
---- backend
----- blog.php
----- settings.php
--- models
--- views

But how can i make the url like this: backend/blog/settings ?

So i can fetch settings inside the backend part of blog.
I saw this in Blaze (Elliot his CMS)
