I have this as my path to sendmail:

/usr/sbin/sendmail -t -i

From my phpini.

Does that mean anything to you?
Not sure what is the problem.
Still baffled.

Just added a regular mail() function to my page with no headers and it went through. Something to do with the From and headers I think in the CI class???
