Wierd From Submissions - Spam Maybe / Hack Possible

A couple of my website contact from seem to be getting spammed. I keep getting email messages with

The requested URL /forxru2/zadanie.txt was not found on this server.
Not Found

Does anybody have any ideas what this is/what can be done about it.
