How Install CI on Ubuntu???

First of all , one question mark would be enough .
Second , what's the problem , what's going wrong ?
Did you added the ci extracted folder to /opt/lampp/htdocs ?
If so , when accessed via url what's happening ?
Other php scripts run on your environment?
