Thanks but I tried that with no results. I do believe I have all the form tags correct:

<form>
</form>
<html>
<head>
<title> TRMC T&E S&T </title>
</head>
<body>
<h1>Database Update</h1>
Project Details:<br />
<pre>
<form action="http://abc.ef.com/ll/index.php/updateprojects/update_project" method="post">
......
......
</form>
</pre>
</body>
</html>

The funny thing is when I make the form viewable it works fine.
