How to autocomplete CI with PhpDesigner?

You don't even have to do that. Just create a project pointing the directory for the site. I use wamp for development, so I have c:\wamp\www. No need to add a virtual folder unless you have CI located outside of the document root. When you open a project, it will parse all of the folders and provide autocompletion for any class or function in the project folder.
