Storing Account Number / Sort Code?

Sorry for the delay.

Nope, no payment at all involved.
This is information needed to set up a credit account for a customer. So the customer could phone my client up, order 20 of something and they wouldn't have to pay over the phone each time.

Frankly I don't see the problem with retrieving these 2 bits of data over the phone one time, but then I'm not the one in charge
