Remove index.php from url Godaddy.... advice regarding hosting service

Hi I am using godaddy and I tried all the methods in here, to remove index.php?/ from my url but nothing works

can anyone tell me how can I fix this or suggest me an alternate hosting service that is not too expensive and using which I do not have to worry about these problems
