Well CI is not like Joomla or Wordpress, it's a framework that will help you to create scripts like joomla and wordpress... You must have some php skills, I was too creating webistes with Joomla and Wordpress, but personally I think that creating a website with my own hands is much better and I feel more comfortable with my site. Now if you want to use CI you must learn some PHP. Try to follow the video tutorials in the CI website, or in net.tutsplus.com. And http://www.codeigniterdirectory.com/ this is the best site for CI resources. Good luck and happy coding. Aladin |
