How to update an old CI installation on XP Pro with IIS ? (CI was installed a year ago but never used)

About a year ago CI was installed on an XP Pro PC with running IIS 5.1 and with PHP installed.

CI appears at... c:\iNetPub\CI\

The project got put on the back burner but that is now changing.

Questions:

1 - How to update CI on the machine?
2 - How to remove CI for a clean install? (Can you just delete the CI folder?)
3 - Will the latest version of CI run on XP Pro with IIS 5.1?
3 - Any quick start video tutorials (or written) that would shorten the learning curve?
