Content manager for CI

One our clients would like to edit the HTML of some pages for update text, images and flashes, with an "Admin's Section".

Someone know a CI application, module, library... to do it?


If not, i am thinking some approachs:

1.- Using an existing CMS to edit the content and program an CI model to get and show the content in the CI's view

2.- Make my own and simple CMS to edit the content using a javascript editor and FreakAuth light for the authentification

3.- ¿Other?

What do you recommend me?
