El htaccess está configurado correctamente?

Si se encuentran en un subdirectorio, deberia tener este formato:

RewriteBase /stepcars

....
RewriteRule ^.*$ /stepcars/index.php [NC,L]

Siendo un archivo .htaccess diferente al del sitio web de producción.
