Please Recommend an IE Emulator ?

A couple of years ago I was recommended an outstanding IE emulator by some kind person on CI forums. Somehow I removed it from my machine, now I can not remember what it was called nor can I find the original post.

It is a downloadable exe I think and it will take you back all the way to IE 5
