File Upload Class - Min Width & Min Height

Hello Community,

Few minutes back, i was in need of having Min Width & Min Height feature under File Upload class and found this.

I made the changes under suggested files and it is working fine.

I am wondering if CI will have this feature in near future versions with documentation or not.

Please suggest.
