Dyanamic styled forms with themes

I am using a template library that supports themes. With each theme it holds a specific layout for the form and has classes for form related tags in which case it styles the form. What I would like to know is to eliminate so much code by just telling it I need so many inputs and what not and it creating the form dynamically with the specified classes and make the form.
