Tagging photos like Facebook/Flickr/etc

I am looking for a plugin//helper/tutorial/anything that helps me add tags on photos, like the way you tag people on Facebook. If it allows editing existing tags, resizing them, deleting them, etc, that would be fantastic.

Any ideas or experiences are appreciated.
