Loading Products without refresh

I have porduct in DB.
on main "index.php" i list first 10 products.
then click on more to load more 10 products
So what will be the good option to this.

1. Ajax Call
2. Jquery.Ajax
3. Pagination with Iframe.

Please suggest.
