Twilio library functional in my own local machine and disfunctional on my distant server :(

Hi everyone,
I used a library to send SMS throw my web application located in <link>https://github.com/benedmunds/CodeIgniter-Twilio</link> , it was very easy to use it.
My web application ,based on CI framework , was 100 % functional in my own local machine , but when I have uploaded it in my distant server an error appeared. During the sending process the system returns the error that figures below. I would be very thankful if you could help us to overpass this problem.
