A problem with opencart that nobody answered me in opencart forum

Hi,
It's a coding problem I think.When I install the theme on English Opencart everything is ok but when I install the theme on Persian opencart the modules doesn't work.what should I do? I wrote this problem in many forums but nobody answered me.
